Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 17th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy Kennedy to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Jarlabergs IF's Bruno Barrett threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andy Spetz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 21st match minute, Jarlabergs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Spetz to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Barrett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andy Spetz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl Brogren. Karl Brogren struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jarlabergs IF. 37 minutes into the game, Jarlabergs IF's Sven-Ove Sandwall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Karl Brogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl Brogren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 46th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyle Davies to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Davies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Spetz in the 51st minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl Brogren in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Spetz's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Karl Brogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Måns Lööf fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 66th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Leonardo Stenberg hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Andy Spetz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Brogren in the 87th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Karl Brogren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Harvey Doyle tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Bruno Barrett. An unnecessary self made goal, 8-0 in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Curacao booed when Jarlabergs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Enström didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jarlabergs IF had played much better football throughout.
