Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Porvir FC's Gino Moreira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 3rd minute of play forced Porvir FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Augusto Soeiro came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gino Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Augusto Soeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Quirino in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Porvir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Porvir FC's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Augusto Soeiro came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Augusto Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Porvir FC's João Augusto Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Porvir FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luz Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino Moreira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Gino Moreira slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 33rd minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porvir FC's João Augusto Soeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peru were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Porvir FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and João Augusto Soeiro quite easily take care of the ball. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gino Moreira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 40 minute of play. Porvir FC's João Augusto Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Luz Tejedor hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Porvir FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Soeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Smith got a throw-in 57 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Anderson Prata. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Quirino in the 69th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute Rodrigo Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Augusto Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Prats. Porvir FC's Edu França was substituted for Anderson Prata. After a rather tough play, Peru's Joaquin Prats got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 81 played minutes, Porvir FC's Rodrigo Quirino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rolando Noboa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Porvir FC reached it. A collision led to Porvir FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Edu França hit a great ball. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 83rd match minute, Porvir FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edu França to maneuver through the defense. João Augusto Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Tenorio in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Porvir FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joaquin Prats was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Gallo in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Augusto Soeiro saved Porvir FC from getting behind. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 98th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
