Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Murillo kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Gino Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Félix in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Rodrigo Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 10th minute of play forced Porvir FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Smith made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Luz Tejedor. The crowd rose to their feet as Porvir FC's Fábio Félix slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Rodrigo Quirino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. João Augusto Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play. João Augusto Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milagros Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Fábio Félix hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Porvir FC's João Augusto Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Porvir FC from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Moreira came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Augusto Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonio Smith made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Anderson Prata however managed to control. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto Soeiro having to interfere. Porvir FC made a substitution. Edu França replaced Anderson Prata. João Augusto Soeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 73rd minute. Eliseo Mina scored 1-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto Soeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th match minute, Porvir FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Velloso to maneuver through the defense. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. The supporters of Peru booed when Porvir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Augusto Soeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, João Augusto Soeiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Antonio Tenorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Porvir FC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho.
