Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Talenti Roma Calcio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Fazzini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Talenti Roma Calcio's Christophe Rau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Aldo Ianni kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Christophe Rau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Rau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christophe Rau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 37th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeremias Mark stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Facundo Cadaval kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christophe Rau. That made the score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Mexico's Joel Gaona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christophe Rau but with some difficulty. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christophe Rau having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Felix Luque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christophe Rau came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 85th minute. Christophe Rau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Talenti Roma Calcio throughout the match.
