Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Esbjörn Fågel kicked off to start the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Papo having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Papo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute Esbjörn Fågel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Orson Mulford got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Esbjörn Fågel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Esbjörn Fågel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. After 24 minutes of play, Real Ale Madrid's Seb Thackray made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anselmo Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Real Ale Madrid's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Papo came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Fågel in the 33rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Real Ale Madrid getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Abdulkerim Kunt hit a great ball. Real Ale Madrid's Anselmo Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esbjörn Fågel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esbjörn Fågel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Abdulkerim Kunt hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Grealish in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of Real Ale Madrid booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orson Mulford was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Grealish in the 82nd minute of play. After 84th play minutes Fernando Grealish shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 88th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Fågel in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orson Mulford was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Ale Madrid's players had a chance to rest.
