Felix Anmerker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Felix Anmerker to make any attempt to save it. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Mujaga Yetkiner might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mujaga Yetkiner ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
