In the 17th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Bosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zurlo Team's Antonello Bosso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Attilio Mammarella recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Attilio Mammarella showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Shantala Villamediana. The crowd rose to their feet as Zurlo Team's Attilio Mammarella slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-0 after 32 minutes of play. When Zurlo Team's Attilio Mammarella in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Fabio Colantonio in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. A collision led to Zurlo Team getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ye Yun Hong hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. If Shantala Villamediana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 51st match minute, Zurlo Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Silvestre to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Antonello Bosso made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasyl Misiorowski in the 57th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Zurlo Team were awarded a corner. Shantala Villamediana went to the cornerflag to take it. Zurlo Team's Shantala Villamediana was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lautaro Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Mammarella's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Fabio Colantonio made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Antonello Bosso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 70th minute. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 71st minute. The corner led Honduras's Luca Espinar to fire away a dangerous shot which Antonello Bosso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zurlo Team's goalkeeper Antonello Bosso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Wasyl Misiorowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zurlo Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasyl Misiorowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Attilio Mammarella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attilio Mammarella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 88th minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wasyl Misiorowski, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
