Wilfried Plard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 25th minute of the match. Wilfried Plard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Luque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Plard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Ruslan Malinovskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Ruslan Malinovskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. In the 43rd minute, Brendan Châtard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. Moises Fernandino hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruslan Malinovskiy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, MORCY Saint Germain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakim Boireau to maneuver through the defense. Abram Luque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Wilfried Plard made a huge save. After taking down the ball on El Salvador's corner Mateo Leguizamo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilfried Plard quite easily take care of the ball. MORCY Saint Germain's Mathys Blazy was substituted for Chris Rougier. MORCY Saint Germain made a substitution. Dove Moulis replaced Hakim Boireau. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Jimmy Duville with Dove Moulis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of El Salvador booed when MORCY Saint Germain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dove Moulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruslan Malinovskiy in the 74th minute of the match. Abram Luque charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abram Luque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Abram Luque was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Jimmy Duville kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the El Salvador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MORCY Saint Germain.
