Baraxil Sarrate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Baraxil Sarrate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after VILLARREAL UNITED's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baraxil Sarrate quite easily take care of the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Monty Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baraxil Sarrate saved VILLARREAL UNITED from getting behind. 15 minutes in the game Raphael Moore did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Monty Rogers. In the 16th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baraxil Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baraxil Sarrate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 19th minute of the match. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. If Valentin Voicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Franz Corral hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Baraxil Sarrate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 36th minute of play forced VILLARREAL UNITED's goalkeeper Baraxil Sarrate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Cassius Byrne could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Baraxil Sarrate however easily saved by the left post. Valentin Voicu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Delmar Campello was slow to take the kick. During this time VILLARREAL UNITED's players had a chance to rest. Jacob May kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. VILLARREAL UNITED's Yusuf Kaya was substituted for Pacôme Daire. In the 62nd minute, Jacob May hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baraxil Sarrate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. The corner led USA's Marco Baker to a score. 0-2 in the 78th minute. Baraxil Sarrate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
