Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. AIK FOTBOLL's Arne Kilström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 6th minute of play. Arne Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Per-Oskar Nykvist came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the AIK FOTBOLL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Oskar Nykvist couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kilström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Oskar Nykvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Per-Oskar Nykvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. Arne Kilström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of AIK FOTBOLL's Arne Kilström. Arne Kilström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Morgan Blom made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Nykvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Oskar Nykvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. AIK FOTBOLL made a substitution. Jörn Hylander replaced Gürkan Gurka. AIK FOTBOLL were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alvin Bergfelt took the corner. The corner led AIK FOTBOLL's Alvin Bergfelt to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arne Kilström. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 69th minute, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arne Kilström. Arne Kilström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Axelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andréas Fransson's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Olov Deckberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AIK FOTBOLL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 94 played minutes AIK FOTBOLL got a freekick which was hit by Olov Deckberg.
