In the 27th minute Enrico Barreneche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. When Enrico Barreneche came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Porteño Prowess FC fans jumped to their feet. Villafuerte Aramoyana scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Porteño Prowess FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joshua Secada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. 88 minutes into the game, Porteño Prowess FC's Villafuerte Aramoyana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. In the 92nd minute, Daniel Saldivar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porteño Prowess FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. After 98 played minutes Porteño Prowess FC got a freekick which was hit by Villarreal Ubach.
