Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off which started today's match. Green Madness's Noël Saliou got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Johnny Berthod stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Johnny Berthod tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noël Saliou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Noël Saliou might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noël Saliou ran back to his position shaking his head. Esteban Carvallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Luis Devillers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Luis Devillers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Green Madness's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Philippe Wartel to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Philippe Wartel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Sebastian Villa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Honduras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Green Madness's Luis Devillers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 59th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Tristan Fontana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Devillers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Noël Saliou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Madness's supporters rose to their feet, but Noël Saliou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moises Tafalla charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Tafalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Tafalla hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Erwin Nguyen lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 81st match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Nguyen to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Honduras booed when Green Madness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Berthod didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
