If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 14th minute of play. Bryan Hui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Hui saved Oakham from getting behind. When Mark Koh came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Oakham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Koh couldn't finish the play. Bryan Hui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Bryan Hui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Bryan Hui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerry Soon in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Oakham booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Fontirroig didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. Bryan Hui was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Mariano Lacasa sped through Oakham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bryan Hui. 81 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bryan Hui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Gara Hock came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bryan Hui. 2-5. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryan Hui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Guillermo Fontirroig got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Oakham booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Casaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Oakham fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chile were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
