With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Julio Tolino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Deportivo Pucho getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Timoteo Eneko hit a great ball. Claudio-Paul Caniggia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Claudio-Paul Caniggia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. Thanks to some nice moves Östen Stor could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timoteo Eneko in the 30th minute. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Luca Zorita put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Józef Mlynarczyk. In the 38th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Józef Mlynarczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 40 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Józef Mlynarczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Józef Mlynarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo Pucho made a substitution. Ahmet Nasir Nesefi replaced Claudio-Paul Caniggia. The Deportivo Pucho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Józef Mlynarczyk, 1-4. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Julio Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 68th minute of the match. Józef Mlynarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 69th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Nasir Nesefi, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Józef Mlynarczyk made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 79th minute of the match. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Deportivo Pucho fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
