The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Eriz in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Korneliusz Wieloch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valette Stars were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Odważni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pierre-Antoine Landemaine took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Pierre-Antoine Landemaine got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Korneliusz Wieloch quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute Saul Eriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Wieloch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korneliusz Wieloch came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Valette Stars's Saul Eriz. But to his dismay, Saul Eriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Saul Eriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Wieloch having to interfere. In the 29th minute Ben West shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Tanneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Jacek Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Tanneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrien Tanneau had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Jacek Barna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rafail Rusev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrien Tanneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben West in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Jacek Barna threw the ball into play from the sideline. Valette Stars's Karol Rakoski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Atıf Nezir to strike the kick off in the second half. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Atıf Nezir in the 56th minute of the match. Pierre-Antoine Landemaine charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
