Cesar Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Larrañaga having to interfere. Ilmar Lõvi took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Larrañaga. Apolo Larrañaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Apolo Larrañaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Hanot in the 17th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Apolo Larrañaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when Trapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Gleba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Atarratze charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Atarratze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Trapiche getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Trapiche's Ilmar Lõvi got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilmar Lõvi in the 43rd minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Apolo Larrañaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Trapiche's Jaroslaw Gleba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Apolo Larrañaga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After a rather tough play, Trapiche's Ilmar Lõvi got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pierre Fevre was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilmar Lõvi in the 52nd minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Apolo Larrañaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Abancens got free with Apolo Larrañaga in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilmar Lõvi scored 0-6 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Larrañaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Augusto Hanot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Apolo Larrañaga made a huge save. Rainerio Huidobro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trapiche made a substitution. Rodrigo Romildo replaced Fabian Atarratze. Talcampeón FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Jaroslaw Gleba scored to the left of an out of position Apolo Larrañaga, making the score, 0-9. Trapiche's Damian Urbez was substituted for Jaroslaw Gleba. 95 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Urbez came free, but Apolo Larrañaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Trapiche's zone, Pierre Fevre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelios Panagiotopoulos came out of the goal and Pierre Fevre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Trapiche could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Talcampeón FC throughout the match.
