In the 13th minute, Carl Kilman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Babür Gürgen notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AIF's Ragnar Wallander. Ragnar Wallander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 minutes of play, LOI's Babür Gürgen made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ragnar Wallander was left in no man's land by his defense there! LOI's Johannes Sobeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Hägglund in the 26th minute of play. Ragnar Wallander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Babür Gürgen's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babür Gürgen in the 30th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Ragnar Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babür Gürgen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. LOI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bror Skoog was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 59th minute of the match LOI got a corner. AIF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hikmet Şafakgün ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on LOI's corner Hikmet Şafakgün fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ragnar Wallander quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babür Gürgen in the 64th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Ragnar Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Dan Salqvist. The supporters of LOI booed when AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Salqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered loudly when Hikmet Şafakgün's long shot in the 68th minute became 1-6 when the ball went to the left of and passed Ragnar Wallander. If Rickard Thidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. AIF's Ragnar Wallander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AIF from getting a goal against them. Rickard Thidén received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ragnar Wallander came out and tried to block the shot, but Rickard Thidén slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 72nd minute. Rickard Thidén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 78 minutes, Rickard Thidén made it 1-8 with a short kick to the right side. AIF's Ragnar Wallander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. LOI's Alp Yaşar was substituted for Faruk Bucuklu. Henning Strandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahir Bilge to maneuver through the defense. LOI played a much better game than AIF and deserved their victory. The AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
