Neron Veterini might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nestor Cortez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Neron Veterini ran back to his position shaking his head. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pavao Zadro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neron Veterini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Nestor Cortez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Neron Veterini took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Nestor Cortez to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Lobos de Carelia's Xiao Xiang Ling got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 79th minute, Prospero Perico made a precise shot to the right of Jake Leonard. WINNING ELEVEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Nestor Cortez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Tximitx's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. WINNING ELEVEN's Vilhelm Gustafsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xu Ran Zhen, made in the 89th minute of the game. Cristobal Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jake Leonard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Xu Ran Zhen. Nemesio Tximitx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lobos de Carelia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching WINNING ELEVEN's performance. The match ended with a win for WINNING ELEVEN.
