Gernando Mineiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Dei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gernando Mineiro ran back to his position shaking his head. When Túlio Vale fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Iguaçu MZFC's protests and gave Túlio Vale a yellow card for diving instead. César Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Paulino Dei made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmo Rocha in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Dei saved TheBambiTooFurious from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Dalmo Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulino Dei. TheBambiTooFurious's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmo Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as César Alagoano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulino Dei. That made the score 4-0 in the 25 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Telmo Barbosa took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Paulino Dei to make any attempt to save it. Telmo Barbosa scored 6-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Dei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulino Dei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dalmo Rocha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 36 minute of play. When Dalmo Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Nova Iguaçu MZFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmo Rocha couldn't finish the play. Paulino Dei made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Gernando Mineiro sent off a good shot on target.

TheBambiTooFurious's Paulino Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Rocha in the 74th minute of play. After 75 played minutes TheBambiTooFurious got a freekick which was hit by Americo Mitxaut. Paulino Dei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Amaral in the 76th minute of play. Telmo Barbosa took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Dei. Paulino Dei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. In the 84th minute, César Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Dei. TheBambiTooFurious's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Paulino Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
