Pedro Luís Lima hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Juan Velloso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of German Ourente. The goal made the score 1-0. Inácio de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Ourente having to interfere. With a little luck, Rafaela FC's German Ourente got control of the ball when Erasmo Faria tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute Inácio de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goalkeeper German Ourente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Soares. Daniel Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. German Ourente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inácio de Lima in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Rafaela FC's German Ourente got control of the ball when Leandro Soares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafaela FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Pedro Luís Lima scored to the left of an out of position German Ourente, making the score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

German Ourente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Ceresso in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Red John S.K booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Red John S.K's Léo Almeida was substituted for Leandro Soares. German Ourente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. German Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio de Lima couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Lima notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Rafaela FC's German Ourente. German Ourente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Léo Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. German Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. German Ourente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inácio de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. German Ourente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Red John S.K had played much better football throughout.
