In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Bradley Longstaffe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bradley Longstaffe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Aparecido's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricki Gervais in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Leão saved ITAFUT 4EVER from getting behind. After 23 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Beto Aparecido. Beto Aparecido scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Longstaffe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bradley Longstaffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Orlando Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The Egg Chasers FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ITAFUT 4EVER were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Mineiro to make the kick off. 2-4 became the score in the 51st minute when Ricki Gervais elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Beto Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bradley Longstaffe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billie Curtis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
