The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. German Ourente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 6th minute. Paolo Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Ourente having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Nardo got free with German Ourente in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicasio Oliviero's late challenge caught a ZORZAL01's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Oliviero helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Gotzon in the 16th minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper German Ourente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ZORZAL01. Apolo Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. German Ourente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Luisito Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Ourente was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Paolo Gotzon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paolo Gotzon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Nardo came free, but German Ourente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Gotzon in the 38th minute of the match. Rafaela FC's German Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Firmo in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Timoteo Dolcet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Edgardo Nardo made a precise shot to the right of German Ourente. Rafaela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Anibal Bonifaco made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Edgardo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Edgardo Nardo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. German Ourente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. ZORZAL01's Abelardo Vimaro was substituted for Benjamin Firmo. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Edgardo Nardo sped through Rafaela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of German Ourente. German Ourente came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo. But to his dismay, Edgardo Nardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Timoteo Dolcet hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. A collision led to ZORZAL01 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Apolo Dalmau hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the ZORZAL01 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
