In the 18th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SABALEPLUS's Matthew Alavedra got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matthew Alavedra struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SABALEPLUS. In the 29th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SABALEPLUS's Ovidio Enaut got a free kick in the 36th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SABALEPLUS's Ovidio Enaut slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. In the 44th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Matthew Alavedra struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SABALEPLUS. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Alavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tomas Illescas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of SABALEPLUS booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, SABALEPLUS's Máximo Kirchner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SABALEPLUS reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Matthew Alavedra managed to get in a good position for a shot. SABALEPLUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthew Alavedra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SABALEPLUS made a substitution. Saba Lerø replaced Matthew Alavedra. SABALEPLUS's Santiago Toli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SABALEPLUS from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Enaut in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Saba Lerø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Ovidio Enaut notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Penc kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. SABALEPLUS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
