B&B Jelenia Góra's Gilbert Kordalewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. Gilbert Kordalewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 35th minute of play forced B&B Jelenia Góra's goalkeeper Gilbert Kordalewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waclaw Komanski kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Waclaw Komanski fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored B&B Jelenia Góra's protests and gave Waclaw Komanski a yellow card for diving instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Kordalewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. The throw-in from İshak Esendağ in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mexico's Luca Zorita. Gilbert Kordalewski made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Gilbert Kordalewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 92 minute of play. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
