With a little luck, Bolivia's Camilo Freixa got control of the ball when Damian Tirulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Tirulescu struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Vertigo. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Narcis Popoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Fontirroig scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narcis Popoiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Narcis Popoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 24th minute of the match. Narcis Popoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Narcis Popoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 27th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Alfonso de la Cruz put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Narcis Popoiu. When Marcel Văleanu fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Vertigo's protests and gave Marcel Văleanu a yellow card for diving instead. Bolivia made a substitution. Estefania Mancebo replaced Mario Fernandino. Marcel Văleanu hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Popoiu having to interfere. Julio Chicote might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narcis Popoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Chicote ran back to his position shaking his head. Costică Dindelegan lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 48th match minute, Club Vertigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costică Dindelegan to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Ferrant was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 49th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Estefania Mancebo made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Damian Tirulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Estefania Mancebo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 55th playminute. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Narcis Popoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Ferrant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Popoiu having to interfere. Club Vertigo's Narcis Popoiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them. Club Vertigo's Narcis Popoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 69th minute of play. Narcis Popoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Chicote in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Narcis Popoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso de la Cruz. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Ionașcu in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ismael Tejedor hit a great ball. In the 85th minute of the match, Eduardo Fontirroig got a very nice opportunity to score, but Narcis Popoiu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Alfonso de la Cruz could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Narcis Popoiu however easily saved by the left post. Narcis Popoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 95th minute. Bolivia played a much better game than Club Vertigo and deserved their victory. The Club Vertigo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
