Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of USA booed when Kobra TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Corbeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. King Junior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but King Junior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of USA's goalie and right to Aristides Paiva. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. USA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. King Junior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Kobra TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but King Junior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Aristides Paiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amauri Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aristides Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. In the 45th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but King Junior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. King Junior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ionică Lucescu made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ionică Lucescu in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55thth minute of the game Amauri Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cassius Byrne came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and King Junior could save by the left post. 64 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Kobra TEAM's King Junior. King Junior was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Kobra TEAM's King Junior got control of the ball when Edward Mcdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 71st minute of play forced Kobra TEAM's goalkeeper King Junior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Lucescu in the 77th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Kobra TEAM's King Junior got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. In the 91st match minute, Kobra TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cazimir Corbeanu to maneuver through the defense.
