Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 3rd minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match Futbol Sevenler Kulübü got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Seyit Tülün ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarkko Laatikainen in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarkko Laatikainen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Jarkko Laatikainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mert Günok having to make a save. Jarkko Laatikainen might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarkko Laatikainen ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarkko Laatikainen got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mert Günok saved Futbol Sevenler Kulübü from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Özbek came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Seyit Tülün who took care of the corner kick. In the 41st minute, Seyit Tülün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mert Günok made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 42nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mert Günok prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarkko Laatikainen in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özgür Özbek in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mert Günok breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Mert Günok in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbek in the 63rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goalkeeper Mert Günok had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. 83 minutes into the match, Jarkko Laatikainen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarkko Laatikainen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. The supporters of Futbol Sevenler Kulübü booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seyit Tülün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü made a substitution. Yücel Tandoğdu replaced Ünal Betik.
