The TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Akif Eğriöz should have stopped the shot. Akif Eğriöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandu Cenușă in the 13th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Sandu Cenușă sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. After having played for 28 minutes, Orkun Kotuz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Orkun Kotuz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akif Eğriöz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Sandu Cenușă came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sandu Cenușă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Akif Eğriöz having to make a save. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandu Cenușă in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

In the 53rd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kıraç Otay kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Akif Eğriöz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. After 93 minutes, Daniel Zorita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
