Jef Batenburg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jef Batenburg got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Liviu Apăvăloaie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Rencio. Edelmiro Rencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 28th minute, Joshua Secada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Apăvăloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute of the match MAC4LAN RB got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Liviu Apăvăloaie ran over to the corner to take the kick. MAC4LAN RB's Liviu Apăvăloaie was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Liviu Apăvăloaie scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-1. Liviu Apăvăloaie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liviu Apăvăloaie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Crescencio in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Edelmiro Rencio managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valgarð Hákonsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valgarð Hákonsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valgarð Hákonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. MAC4LAN RB's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
