Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Liviu Apăvăloaie took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hernan Crescencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liviu Apăvăloaie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Liviu Apăvăloaie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Liviu Apăvăloaie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 18th minute, Patricio Costa made a precise shot to the right of Edelmiro Rencio. MAC4LAN RB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Valgarð Hákonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Hernan Crescencio sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ciriaco Ederono managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAC4LAN RB's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciriaco Ederono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Apăvăloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes MAC4LAN RB got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Horado. In the 59th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the game Flavio Laurentzi made a throw-in which Jef Batenburg played forward. MAC4LAN RB's Liviu Apăvăloaie got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Hernan Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, MAC4LAN RB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Crescencio to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes in the game, Joshua Secada fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Edelmiro Rencio having to interfere. In the 76th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that MAC4LAN RB's Edelmiro Rencio managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 78th minute Guillermo Mariano suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Valgarð Hákonsson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes MAC4LAN RB got a freekick which was hit by Valgarð Hákonsson. Edelmiro Rencio made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Edelmiro Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Peruxu in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Liviu Apăvăloaie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hernan Crescencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
