Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Team Rocco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson did a great save. Felix Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. When Daniel Zorita, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 5 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Göran Unesson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göran Unesson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of play. Sebastian Nordlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Team Rocco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sven-Edvin Mårtensson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Edvin Mårtensson having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vincent Olofsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, one of Ecuador:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ecuador. Ecuador:s Julio Vera showed great skill when he stopped Göran Unesson:s penalty. 52 minutes into the match, Göran Unesson notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 55 minute of play. Team Rocco's Joel Lundström was substituted for Vilhelm Moberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Unesson in the 67th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Team Rocco's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Luis Andino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Edvin Mårtensson having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Joel Lundström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Rocco's Vincent Olofsson. But to his dismay, Vincent Olofsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
