Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Sam-Lucas Mertens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-4. After 41 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loid Vrints in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otoniel Mondragon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Ecuador were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loid Vrints made a kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Kaysersheim's goalkeeper Otoniel Mondragon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
