Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gábor Joó sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Banaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 17th minute of play. Gábor Joó blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Gábor Joó could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Marco Day however easily saved by the left post. 26 minutes into the match, Valencia CF Mindszent's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Daniel Banaszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Zach Harrison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valencia CF Mindszent's Daniel Banaszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Valencia CF Mindszent's Daniel Banaszak. Daniel Banaszak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Cassius Byrne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Daniel Banaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half USA were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Gábor Joó managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valencia CF Mindszent's supporters rose to their feet, but Gábor Joó was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Gábor Joó made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Valencia CF Mindszent's Dan Beard was substituted for Silvestre Pacorro. In the 71st minute Valencia CF Mindszent were awarded a corner. Christos Xenidis went to the cornerflag to take it. Valencia CF Mindszent's Christos Xenidis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Valencia CF Mindszent's Daniel Banaszak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Valencia CF Mindszent from getting a goal against them. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Sinclair's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Sinclair came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Bob Sinclair scored 3-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Banaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 95th minute of the match. The Valencia CF Mindszent players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
