Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Barnabé Amice shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birkan Yağın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ÇALIMLI's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birkan Yağın came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doğan Zakir during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Doğan Zakir hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Birkan Yağın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 19th minute of play. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Birkan Yağın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. After a rather tough play, ÇALIMLI's Doğan Zakir got a free kick in the 26th minute. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnabé Amice in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 minutes of play ÇALIMLI's Doğan Zakir was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 38 played minutes ÇALIMLI got a freekick which was hit by Doğan Zakir. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. After 43 played minutes ÇALIMLI got a freekick which was hit by J.P. 张飞. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barnabé Amice stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, ÇALIMLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fabiano Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ÇALIMLI's Zülfü Dicle quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raul Venegas, made in the 61st minute of the game. J.P. 张飞 kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
