Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Seosamh McLiam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Seosamh McLiam. Seosamh McLiam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bragain Dimson to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Seosamh McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Seosamh McLiam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Seosamh McLiam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 22nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Francisco Seco put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Seosamh McLiam. In the 29th minute, Arturo Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Denny Dempsey shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Joaquin Gayoso but with some difficulty. Seosamh McLiam came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Escribano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 35 minutes of play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seosamh McLiam was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Seosamh McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 41st minute of play. Jaime Cazalla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Seosamh McLiam. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Art Savic hit a great ball. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Seosamh McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rollin Cooney in the 51 minute of the game. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Francisco Seco scored 0-6 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Seosamh McLiam, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Seosamh McLiam to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Seosamh McLiam came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 75 minutes into the game, Rollan John threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seosamh McLiam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Gisbert's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seosamh McLiam having to interfere. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seosamh McLiam having to interfere. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. Seosamh McLiam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zawisza Bydgoszcz.
