Zé Augusto Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 22nd minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Zé Augusto Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Zorita took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Augusto Santos. Zé Augusto Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zé Augusto Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Zé Augusto Santos. Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurențiu Bărănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute Laurențiu Bărănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. 95 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Bărănescu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico played a much better game than Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ and deserved their victory. The Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
