Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Moises Fernandino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregor Glöckner in the 4th minute of the match. El Salvador's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joost Schlüter 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Moises Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ole Per Köppen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joost Schlüter in the 11th minute. KFC Hansa's Oliver Scholl was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ricardo Zorita in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ole Per Köppen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moises Fernandino in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ole Per Köppen saved KFC Hansa from getting behind. Ole Per Köppen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Magrina in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Hansa's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ole Per Köppen came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 played minutes KFC Hansa got a freekick which was hit by Christoph Narr. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregor Glöckner during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to KFC Hansa getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gregor Glöckner hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthias Reiter in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Joost Schlüter fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joost Schlüter to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Leguizamo to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Joost Schlüter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of KFC Hansa booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Curbelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, KFC Hansa's Oliver Scholl shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Hansa reached it. Moises Fernandino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Ole Per Köppen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. KFC Hansa's Ole Per Köppen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Hansa from getting a goal against them. After 72 played minutes KFC Hansa got a freekick which was hit by Christoph Narr. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Reiter in the 75th minute of play. Matthias Reiter struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Hansa. When Joost Schlüter came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the KFC Hansa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joost Schlüter couldn't finish the play. The supporters of KFC Hansa booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KFC Hansa had won after a very even match.
