AFK Petržalka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomáš Požgaj in the 65th minute of play. Štefan Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 70th minute of play. Štefan Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, AFK Petržalka's Tomáš Požgaj nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 87thth minute of the game Michal Hudák who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Viktor Petrus hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Štefan Semeno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hudák, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
