Sundens BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Eliasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tomas Illescas sped through Sundens BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Axel Martinsson. In the 15th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Eliasson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonathan Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Eliasson in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
