A collision led to Atletico Kyperountas getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Sharma Dorado hit a great ball. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Rafael Gallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matias Ralondo. That made the score 0-2 after 89 minutes of play. After 92nd play minutes Ryszard Bronicki shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Rolando Noboa and just under the crossbar into goal. Milagros Fraga might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Ralondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milagros Fraga ran back to his position shaking his head.
