Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 7th minute of play forced 1989 Blxsk's goalkeeper Enrique Sedeni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, 1989 Blxsk's Juan Urti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 18th minute Alvaro Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Enrique Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Furman came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Furman did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Dante Lacasa 35 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Tiniebra in the 40th minute of the match. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in 1989 Blxsk's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Sedeni came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Furman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 51st minute of the match Juan Urti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. Enrique Sedeni made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Lorenzo Cazalla sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to 1989 Blxsk getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Guo Xi Chao hit a great ball. Enrique Sedeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 70th minute. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Sedeni came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 70th minute. 1989 Blxsk made a substitution. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Enrique Sedeni made a huge save. When Alvaro Tiniebra came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the 1989 Blxsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Tiniebra couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Alberto Tafalla sped through 1989 Blxsk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Sedeni. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 94th minute, Miguel Godoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
