Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Dündar Ülkenur in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yağızalp Özerkmen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Los Tatangelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adérito Aleixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paulo Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Dündar Ülkenur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Tatangelos's supporters rose to their feet, but Dündar Ülkenur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Tatangelos's Yağızalp Özerkmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yağızalp Özerkmen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dündar Ülkenur. In the 27thth minute of the game Dündar Ülkenur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağızalp Özerkmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Adérito Aleixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Adérito Aleixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağızalp Özerkmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adérito Aleixo in the 47th minute. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dündar Ülkenur was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adérito Aleixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Göktürk Bozlak was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Tatangelos's players had a chance to rest. Göktürk Bozlak made a great header on Los Tatangelos's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. 60 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yağızalp Özerkmen. Los Tatangelos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Los Tatangelos's Yağızalp Özerkmen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Los Tatangelos from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dündar Ülkenur in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Göktürk Bozlak who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Göktürk Bozlak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp Özerkmen having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Ülkenur came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yağızalp Özerkmen. That made the score 0-4 in the 87 minute of play. Los Tatangelos's Dündar Ülkenur got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yağızalp Özerkmen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
