Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Bjurström came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Bjurström took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. If Charlie Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of DFP booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Charlie Bjurström came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the DFP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charlie Bjurström couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Vallengren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Bjurström to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when DFP's Stefano Lilipaly shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charlie Bjurström in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Vallengren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefano Lilipaly, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Charlie Bjurström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Charlie Bjurström notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 92 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Bjurström came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DFP's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
