The Llavallol FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Llavallol FC's Agustin Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Orion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Benedito Fiúza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Percy Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Fiúza came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Maxin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Agustin Orion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 68th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Agustin Orion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Llavallol FC's Agustin Orion got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes, Llavallol FC's Dante Marino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Llavallol FC reached it. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 86th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percy Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Benedito Fiúza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Llavallol FC. Dante Marino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. There was no doubt that Llavallol FC were the better team. Llavallol FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
