In the 10th minute Arif Buğra Talaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PMFC 2018's Béla Bíró played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. PMFC 2018's Sándor Havass was substituted for Aurél Varsányi. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Béla Bíró despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of PMFC 2018 booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Béla Bíró having to interfere. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Arif Buğra Talaş sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Bíró saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tibor Paál struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PMFC 2018. Béla Bíró made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute. At last the ball reached Luis Andino at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of PMFC 2018. 0-2. Béla Bíró came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Béla Bíró having to interfere. Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tibor Paál blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, PMFC 2018's goalkeeper Béla Bíró had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibor Paál in the 86th minute of play. Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Béla Bíró having to interfere. Béla Bíró made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PMFC 2018 throughout the match.
