Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Bernardo Caballero started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bernardo Caballero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play forced Bajen's goalkeeper Nick Pope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Nick Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of the match. Bernardo Caballero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nick Pope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. If Bernardo Caballero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nick Pope could save by the left post. After 58 minutes Bajen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nick Pope quite easily take care of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Bernardo Caballero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Caballero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A hard shot 66 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Nick Pope managed to make a qualified save. Bajen's players were relieved. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Caballero in the 68th minute of play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bajen's Nick Pope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Bajen from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Bajen's Nick Pope got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Caballero took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bajen made a substitution. Svante Forsberg replaced Nicklas Trøjgaard. Bajen's Rolf Henriksson was substituted for Sidney Porto. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nick Pope made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Nick Pope threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristian Sancho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nick Pope was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-1.
