With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Melchior Traneskov tried to sneak it across the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Garin Jimenez to strike the kick off in the second half. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Badiña C.F.'s Txomin Mayol was substituted for Armando Verdone. 79 minutes into the match, Beltza Aceves notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
