Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rein van Steensel took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Luca Espinar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zijdewind SC the free kick. Leon Meyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leon Meyer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Honduras's Christian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leon Meyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Espinar, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Pieter-Jan van der Laan fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zijdewind SC's protests and gave Pieter-Jan van der Laan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Pieter-Jan van der Laan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Zijdewind SC's Rudi den Hartog got a free kick in the 20th minute. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Leon Meyer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Rein van Steensel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 30th minute, Ferdi Dekens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Christian Sancho sped through Zijdewind SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leon Meyer. Edmundo Espiga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Zijdewind SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Leon Meyer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Gerard Kok in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Gerard Kok made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. In the 60th match minute, Zijdewind SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniël De Leeuw to maneuver through the defense. Zijdewind SC's Leon Meyer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Zijdewind SC from getting a goal against them. Gerard Kok got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ferdi Dekens. The supporters of Honduras booed when Zijdewind SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniël De Leeuw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zijdewind SC's Leon Meyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 67th minute of play. Gerard Kok made in the 68th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ferdi Dekens. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Edmundo Espiga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Meyer. That made the score 1-4 after 70 minutes of play. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Zijdewind SC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gerard Kok hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Edmundo Espiga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Meyer. That made the score 1-5 after 83 minutes of play. In the 88th match minute, Zijdewind SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniël De Leeuw to maneuver through the defense. Honduras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
