Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Adam Ramachandran slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. Nagrand's Wilhelm Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play. Adam Ramachandran struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nagrand. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Mathews in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Nagrand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Mathews to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play forced Nagrand's goalkeeper Wilhelm Falkrantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Ramachandran was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Tomas Illescas could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Wilhelm Falkrantz however easily saved by the left post. 54 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilhelm Falkrantz. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mathews, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Azly Hsi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Wilhelm Falkrantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 72nd minute. Adam Ramachandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
