Endorfina Dukla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After a rather tough play, Endorfina Dukla's Vitor Senqui got a free kick in the 57th minute. A hard, long distance shot from Cristian Sancho flew over the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edvard Uibo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvard Uibo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Edvard Uibo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Endorfina Dukla had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
